Fender Vintera '50s Telecaster Modified Electric Guitar Butterscotch Blonde
With era-correct pickups, classic colors and other coveted features from the 50s, 60s and 70s, these instruments have all the sound and style of the decades that defined them. This Vintera '50s Tele Modified features an alder body with a classic Butterscotch Blonde finish and 1-ply black pickguard. The maple neck features a "soft V" shape profile based on a late '50s V, as well as 25.5" scale length, 9.5" fingerboard radius and medium jumbo frets. The Vintera Tele Modified has bee fitted with hotter Custom Shop pickups - a Custom Shop vintage-style single-coil bridge pickup and a fat-sounding Twisted Tele neck pickup, for howling, girthy tone. And Fender also added a series wiring option to make this Tele sound giant, while the S-1 switch puts the pickups out of phase with each other for a cool “strangled” tone. The Tele also features a 3-saddle Vintage-Style strings-through-body bridge with chrome barrel saddles, as well as knurled flat top control knobs, Vintage-Style tuners, and nickel/chrome hardware.
